On June 21, Ambassador Izawa visited the Minister Temporary Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Gambians Abroad (Minister of Finance and Economy) Mr. Keita and handed over a copy of his credentials to Minister Keita.
Ambassador Izawa and Minister Keita confirmed the cooperation between the two countries in various areas such as agriculture, peace and stability, and agreed to continue working together for further development of Japan-Gambia relations.
