Courtesy visit by Hon. Dr. Demba Sabally, Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Security of the Republic of The Gambia

On January 21, Ambassador Akamatsu welcomed a Gambian delegation led by Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Security Hon. Dr. Demba Sabally.

They reaffirmed the friendly relations between Japan and The Gambia and exchanged views on cooperation in the agricultural sector and the strengthening of food security.

Japan will continue to work closely with the Government of The Gambia to support the country’s sustainable development.
